Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of Terms: By attending our kizomba classes and parties (collectively referred to as "Events"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Notice.
Photography and Videography: As part of our Events, Chocolate Kizomba may take photographs and record videos for promotional purposes. By attending our Events:
a. You grant Chocolate Kizomba the right to use your likeness in any photographs or videos taken during our Events in any and all of its publications, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration.
b. You hereby irrevocably authorise Chocolate Kizomba to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos and videos for any promotional purpose.
Waiver of Rights: By attending our Events, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph or video.
Age Requirement: Attendees must be 18 years or older unless accompanied by an adult.
Privacy Notice
Data Protection: We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected, and we shall endeavor to use any information that you provide when using this service in accordance with this privacy notice.
